Unveiling the TA-5000A to the Semiconductor Industry in Japan
As Japan continues to seize leads in growing semiconductor segments, Semicon Japan was the perfect venue to showcase our revolutionary TA-5000A Thermal Stream (thermal air forcing system) to the Microelectronics Manufacturing Supply Chain in Japan.
The TA-5000A thermal air forcing system drew drew great interest with it’s innovative DC Heater and Chiller control, energy saving, and low noise thermal test technology. Engineers were impressed with the TA-5000’s portable design and ability to bring temperature directly to the test from – 80°C to +225°C in just seconds, in the lab, or on the production line.
The ThermaAir TA-5000A plays a critical role in the semiconductor manufacturing test process. Our temperature forcing systems provide a direct thermal stream of clean dry hot and cold air directly to the part that needs to be thermal tested. Temperature Cycling, temperature conditioning, and other temperature test requirements is what the ThermalAir temperature systems bring to the test.
