Temperature Simulation & Test Solutions
MPI Thermal cutting-edge technology allows testing with temperatures speeding to super-fast ramp rates and temperature cycling for MIL-STD -55°C to +125°C. MPI ThermalAir systems can ramp in just seconds, not minutes.
This new thermal test technology gives the end user the ability to easily control the ramp rate speed with one touch temperature set point functions.
The ThermalAir systems to bring hot or cold temperature directly to your electronic and non-electronic parts. This enables you to bring the temperature to the test station in the engineering test lab and manufacturing test on the production line.
This is why the ThermalAir Temperature Test Systems and Environmental Test Chambers are part of the thermal test process.
Aerospace & Defense Test Applications
To ensure successful operation, Aerospace & Defense programs subject hardware and electronics to extensive ground testing. Thermal cycling tests ensure the performance and operation of units, subsystems, sensors, payloads, and space vehicles in extreme thermal environments. At the unit level, these tests include thermal cycling tests and thermal vacuum tests. At the space vehicle level, they include thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, and thermal balance tests.
The ThermaAir thermal forcing system provides environmental stress testing capabilities that allows scientists and engineers to perform rapid thermal cycling simulations of materials, electronics, and sensors ensuring thermal resistance in the most extreme temperature environments. This is why the ThermalAir Temperature Forcing System and Environmental Test Chambers are part of the thermal cycling test process.

Environmental Stress Screening Solutions
Today’s High Tech Companies are developing Technologies and Systems to transport future explorers to multiple destinations, each with its own unique – and extreme – space environment. To prepare for these complex missions, engineers and scientist need to rigorously test electronic and non-electronic components for extreme temperatures and rapid thermal changes.
MPI ThermalAir temperature forcing systems provide a direct thermal stream of air to your test interface at a temperature range from -100°C to +225°C. Bring temperature right at your test station, localizing the test for temperature conditioning, thermal shock, environmental stress test, and other temperature test requirements.
Environmental Temperature Stress Testing
Precision Temperature Forcing Systems use a direct temperature-controlled stream of hot or cold air to provide a precise thermal environment for temperature testing, temperature conditioning, and thermal cycling of electronic and non-electronic assemblies and sub-systems. The ThermalAir temperature test system enables the test. This allows you to perform temperature simulation tests in situ, at a specific location, at your tester station, test bench or directly on the unit under test.

Require Ultimate Hot & Cold Temperature
Aerospace & Defense industries test parts at MIL-STD-883 method(s) -55°C to +125°C
Aerospace & Defense industries test parts at MIL-STD-883 method(s) -55°C to +125°C
The ThermalAir TA-5000 provides ultimate Hot and Cold temperatures from -80°C to +225°C. This is in order to get components to MIL SPEC temperatures quickly.   The MPI ThermalAir stream system can bring these temperatures to the test station instead of taking the test unit and devices to a fixed large temperature test chamber. All Thermal Air Streams provide localized temperature to the test fixture for dynamic testing at the required temperature setting for the test.
Environmental Stress Testing
Environmental stress conditions such as radiation exposure, temperature extremes, vibration, and dirt encountered by the military, on factory floors, and under the hoods of automobiles, these semiconductor devices need to keep working. To assure quality and reliability of electronic devices, semiconductor manufacturers need to simulate harsh environments during the engineering and production test stage. This is why the MPI Thermal TA-5000 Series ThermalAir temperature test products are part of the test.
